Presenting this flag to the brigade’s battalions reflects a Royal message of support to these military formations. The Supreme Commander’s Flag is presented at an official ceremony by His Majesty King Abdullah II. It represents the highest level of military honour for fighter units in the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, in recognition from His Majesty of the courage and heroism of these units’ personnel and the sacrifices they make in defence of the homeland, its borders, land and sky.
